Workshops can be customized based on the interests and needs of your group. I will work with you to understand what you are looking to gain from the experience, and will develop an engaging session filled with content, materials, and small group activities to create a powerful, transformative session. Depending on your timeline and budget, I am also able to provide personalized materials and other nice touches to ensure that our time together is unforgettable. Coaching plans range from 3 to 12 months and are customized based on your goals, opportunity areas, and desired outcomes. First, you share the biggest, boldest vision for your life. Using the D3 methodology (DREAM it, DESIGN it, and DO it), you will assess critical areas of your life to understand where you are now and what needs to happen to move toward your vision. You will create a roadmap and action plan designed to help you strategically achieve your goals. Your coaching sessions and assignments will focus on building an unstoppable mindset, anticipating and removing barriers, and strengthening resilience. This is an investment, so be ready to work!
